Solarworld Energy Solutions has secured a major engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract valued at ₹725.33 crore from NTPC Renewable Energy, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey within India’s renewable energy sector.
Details of the Solar EPC Project
Under the awarded contract, Solarworld Energy Solutions will be responsible for executing a 250 MWac grid-connected solar photovoltaic project. The scope of work includes detailed engineering, procurement of solar modules and associated equipment, and complete construction of the project.
The project is scheduled for completion during the financial year 2026–27, in line with NTPC Renewable Energy’s expansion plans to strengthen India’s utility-scale solar infrastructure.
